with it plugged in and 5W40 you will be just fine, just remember to add some antigel to the fuel and she should light up every time...at 40 below I wonder if you will need a transmission heater?
Yeah, a trans heater is needed. I didn't mention it because I took it for granted. The same with battery heaters. Even an interior heater is a good idea if you let the truck set for long.
