good luck joey!

as or my truck, citi basically double collected to the tune of $700 and now they wont have a refund mailed for another 45 days, which makes it 69 days since the loan was paid off. basically i paid 16000 and the seller recieved 15300. his paperwork is correct as is mine, both our numbers jive wich means......*****tybank is the guilty party. its my problem now, because citi is sending the refund to me, i dont know why and they wont talk to me because its not my account.

Typical citi bank, I used to have a credit card through them. When I pay my bills I regularly pay whole amounts so quite often I over pay what's due. When I did this with their card a mysterious charge would appear and my extra credit would disappear. WTF damn thieves!
