Now thats the kind of snow I am looking for. Hope I can get out a couple of times this year. My uncle lets me use his extra sled, but its set up for drag racing and isn't the greatest on the trails.
That looks like a magnificent amount of snow. I would love every bit of that, if only I wasn't in an emergency on-call kind of business. Still looks awesome! I would love a tougher winter! The cold here is very different though, it really cuts right through you. I miss the CO winters. You can go up to the mountains to get all the snow you want, or stay in the valley to not have as much.
I'd rather not get over a foot or two at a time. Makes it a PITA to clear off trucks that live outside. Especially the big ones that say MACK on the front.
And it gets to be a pain to shovel equipment trailer decks when there's 2 feet of snow and there's chains and binders hidden in the snow so a snowblower won't work.
Yeah, I have to clear off "trucks" as well. Luckily they are just cargo vans. However, due to regulations, the vans have to be completely uncovered.
Dump trucks are easier than vans. Clear the cab off in its entirety start the truck switch the diverter box to running exhaust through the bed build air pressure engage PTO dump out snow in convenient place. Easiest way to clean that out. I'll be interested to see how the tub grinder likes to eat frozen chunks of wood. And I'm interested to see how the snow sticks to the grate over my front window.
That grate is actually slightly bowed in right in the center because so many things have hit it so hard over the years. I hope snow doesn't stick to anything behind the grate where I can't really reach. That'd suck...
Good morning Greg, Jim, and everyone else.
I hope everyone has a good weekend, it looks like the weather is going to be great.
Greg and Steve, I will see you guys tomorrow in NJ.
