The buzzing has stopped!
My friend pulled the plug under the dash to quit the buzzing when the door is open, and key is in. I looked at it, and wondered...What else does that plug in do? It had a good many wires connected to it and I don't see those all being used just for the door buzzer. So is there anything else wired to that plug?

The buzzers seem to work when they want too. I've had my second f250 for about a month and the buzzer just started working a week ago. Also in my 83' the buzzer didn't work for awhile and still doesn't sometimes.

For clarification, the buzzing has annoyed me for months! My friend showed me where the plug is, and we removed it. My question is: Is there anything else wired up to that same plug? There seemed to be alot of wires for just a door buzzer.

I read that fast sorry. They used to have like 3 separate buzzers in the 83 and older i believe so they obviously did a bunch of things. They have separate wires for, key in ignition, seat belts, other stuff i don't really remember. Pulling this off my head so forgive me. I'd look up the plug in a factory wiring diagram if you're really interested.
