HAVE A 2005 F350 . WHICH HAS A BUSTED EGR COOLER
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT ADVANTAGES THE EGR DELETE OR THE EGR BYPASS COULD DO FOR IT.
I WOULD ASSUME THE OIL COOLER NEEDS TO HAVE SOMETHING DONE TO IT AS WELL?
IF I GO THAT ROUTE IS THAT ALL I NEED TO DO?
THE TRUCK HAS 200K AND HAS NO MODS. I REALLY DON'T WANT ANY MODS. IT RUNS AND PULLS FINE. ALTHOUGH IT COULD USE A LITTLE BETTER FUEL MILEAGE.

have you looked at the bullet proof coolers.
you will need some kind of tuner to keep the check engine light off too either way you go.
i live in west texas, i pull trailer every day. what in your opinion would you do ?
replace the cooler with stock .... replace with bullet cooler.......... as we are in there replace oil cooler, and do a egr bypass? and if so which one ? you also say i need a tuner . i have no idea which ones are any better than the others..
replace the oil cooler, put in an egr delete, and if you get a tuner go with sct and get a tow tune, get a set of guages to keep an eye on egts and youll be good to go. There is tons of different egr deletes, just use the search function and read about some of the different ones people have put it, they all do the same thing.
