That truck sounds nasty!
I'd go with a super dark wp or clear wp stain as shown. Old trucks look much better than newer trucks, especially when built.

Festus, there are a couple products on the market to clean up wood fences, cedar siding and decks that you can spray on the T1-11, let it soak, then carefully pressure wash it off.
I say careful, you want to be close with the wand, but not close enough to damage the wood.
Wood will look good as new when you are done.
Then just let it dry for a week before you apply stain or a water proofing sealer.
Several years ago I did a pressure treated privacy fence around a pool.
That fence look like it was 50 years old.
Next day it looked like I just built it yeasterday.
