Just having re-read the initial post, I'm also going to suggest that this might just be a dirty fuel filter since it's only happening during acceleration.
I did the fuel filter a month ago and before it was doing the same.
Then the fuel pump perhaps.
Bucking during acceleration, (besides a misfire), can be caused by insufficient fuel flow. That is why I first mentioned the filter. But since the filter is new, the pump is the next in line of suspected components. Some auto stores like Autozone rent the fuel pressure tester for free. You pay for it and get all of your money back when you return it. If you have such a place near you, get the tester and see if you have 55 PSI at idle.
