Building a mall queen are we? Why don't you visit a few scrapyards and see if you can dig up a black box... otherwise you may as well trade that thing for a minivan, no self respecting male drives a jacked up 4wd truck that doesn't have 4wd.

They do if they dont need it.
Think about it. If the lifted bronco can handle the mud with the 33's y the hell would i spend 500-700 for a black box.
Sounds like a waste to ME!
Im not mud bogging here.
Anyways, ill prob end up fixing it, because most likly ill need it on the slippery clay and moderate mud. But we will see.
Good thing you went with 4.11 gears. Going from 3.55 to 3.73 is so small of a change it's not worth it. Did you order a new front carrier for the Dana 44? You will need one when you cross the 3.92 barrier. (e.g. a gear change from 3.55 to 4.11).
Ya, didn't even think about that. Thanks alot man. Saved me a bunch of time.
So i found a Manual transfer case(flange output). Came out of a 1996 bronco xl. Has 124,xxx on the transfer case. There asking $200. and they garentee it with a 60day warantee. How much more will it cost to transfer my electric bronco to the manual one.
ya, i did. its shot. it didnt show a light. an i took it to a salvage yard and they told me it was shot, an recomended the manual case. ya its compatible
it didnt show a light fo me. so i took it to a salvage shop, and they hookd it up, and tested it on a machine. And they said it want anygood. and they would notify me if they found one. and ecommended a manual conversion. if i have to buy a new computer
Not really shore y, they didnt. they said for me to get it out of the truck and bring it in. So thats what i did. I can try the test again. Just to be shore.
