What did you do to the X today?
Got the ARB bumper installed, with a 12k winch tucked inside. I still have to install the lights and hook up the winch, ran out of energy. Started the day by replacing the water pump, hoses, thermostat, etc to try and cure a persistent leak. Then replaced the grill, header panel, and front lights due to the interaction with Bambi. Still had a little energy left so got the bumper mounted up .

I have gone over their website top to bottom for the Excursion and the CTS-3
IF,
you have a valid link to order from today, I will get one
Has anyone tried locating the Edge above the mirror?
I’ll look through my paperwork folder to see if I kept the instructions with the part number on it.
Post Edit: below is a what a quick google search returned. You do realize the f250 and excursion share the same dash right?

I would much rather have it in the dash but Im not willing to give up a vent for it

If you look at either picture I posted you can clearly see the vent is still there and fully operational. Literally no downside to the mount other than it costs some more money to buy.
…
I'm saying I would rather have it custom integrated into the dash but I would have to put it where a vent is, i don't want to lose a vent so it will stay mounted to the windshield
So they do make one, and it is readily available.
NOPE,
they do NOT for the Excursion, I tried to find one.
I did buy their way Over Priced backup camera though
https://www.edgeproducts.com/product...as/parts/98203
and I replaced that Bat Volts on the 1st screen with ICP which is 10,000 times more useful than seeing battery voltage.... nearly everyone has a DVM in the Power Port already.

That's beautiful. Would you mind sharing the model number and delivered cost?
I have an ugly OEM chrome bumper. I want a deer smasher bumper, but don't like the looks of the 'Ranch Hand' styles out there. I do like this and the Buckstop Baja. I don't like the price of any of them!

yes, bolts rights up to your Excursion bumper brackets. Unfortunately, I had a couple bolts I couldn’t get out and had to cut one of the brackets to remove the old bumper. So I had to cut down and drill one of the brackets that came with the new bumper. In theory it’s a straight swap but you know how that goes.
Replaced the shift tube bushings on the top of the steering column. Now the shifter feels as good as new. No more sloppyness.
The old bushings were toast. Installed the new ones with a little lithium white grease to keep them from drying out like the first ones.
Easy job, 20 minutes taking my time.
Cheers,
Jasonodsky
