Well fuse 45 and 43 arnt getting power. my understanding is fuse 64 powers them. But again. Where is fuse 64 at???

Where is that?? The only thing i found in there was like 7 or 8 relays in two seperate little boxes

In 2002 they moved all the fuses to the cabin.

So the one fuse box i have is it??? Oh and fuse 45 and 43 now have power.. i didnt realize the key had to be on. But fuse 23 still isnt getting any power...

Did you check eec/pcm relay with it unplugged? Should be 302. Yes that is the only fuse box you have.

I checked and it has power always. and key on power... Im not really sure how to check the ground...

I would check that pcm diode as well. It should only have continuity in one direction. If you reverse the leads no continuity.

I don't see it listed in the 2002 manual. In my manual it shows a pcm diode and ac clutch diode.
