I jump power from my cigar lighter fuse to fuse 23 and then my truck will start and the scanner works... i just tried driving it but everything is in limp mode so it moves like a snail. lol Ive checked fuses, relays, fusiable links.... I swapped every relay with the blower motor one and nothing....

Anything noteable happen just before this problem occured? Rain, Bump up, Engine work? Might want to check the main wiring harnesses at the drivers fire wall. Have been known to come unplugged.

Still sounds like you have a problem with the inputs to the pcm relay. To clarify it a little more.

1St find B+ (this should be hot all the time)

2nd find key pwr ( should be hot with key on)

If those two check out, probe the two remaining terminals for continuity to ground and should find the ground. The output will probably be a little harder to check. All this is done with the relay unplugged. Sounds like you have something else going on but have not really gone into that.

I had the power for my gauges wired into fuse 23. but i didnt realize when i did it that i had it powered from the side of the fuse that gets the power not sends it out. so the line wasnt actually fused. something grounded out and my gauges quit working. but it blew whatever powers fuse 23 not the actual fuse cause it was on the wrong side. thats why i checked the relay right away but nothing was wrong with it... thats why i wanted to know what powered fuse 23... but i'll check the inputs as soon as i get home

Just looked at the print a little harder and it looks like the PCM relay is not actavated until the key is in the on mode. Look at fuse #64 it suplies power to the relays coil.

It also suplies power to these other places.
Fuse#45= Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor
Fuse#43= Fog Lamp realy
strait from fuse# 64 to Waste Gate Solenoid and Fuel Bowl Heater

So with the Fuel bowl heater in the pic. I would look at it real hard

Central Junction Box (located on drivers side in engine compartment beside brake master cylinder)

Hope this helps

If the pic is not showing up you might want to look in your ownners manual

It is also in your C.J. Box in the row that starts with fuse #34 thru fuse #48. How ever I would Unplug Your Fuel Bowl Heater. More then likely it is shorted out. The plug for that is on the lower right of the fuel bowl (facing the truck) on the back side of the fuel bowl.
