When I first got them I broke one just trying to get it on the uppipe but Bean sent me another one. They said to heat up the donut and they will go on. I had a heck of a time just doing that. Looking back I wish I would have just gotten the, excuse me, chevy ones and put them on. Travis, do I need a different kind of pedestal? I got the one without the EBPV.
Good info. Maybe I will still be able to use them. I still don't know which way to go.

Somewhere there was a website that you could order your own bellows and weld them in, but I'm not sure on the stockers if there would be room for a bellow section or if you'd have to reconfigure some bends.
I would like to get my own bellows for sure. Now I need to figure out how to seal the top and bottom of the pipes. Both leak some!

I just can't keep the tires on the ground so i have to launch at idle pretty much. I haven't tried launching at real high RPM for fear of carnage, but maybe i will try it one day. Fastest 60' from mine was at the DRD drag day(stock truck) and it was 2.7 seconds.

Neal, check out Carson Stauffer Diesel. I'm pretty sure that they make a nice H2E kit. Not sure if the uppies will bolt straight in place of yours, but IIRC they were bellowed. Also i'm pretty sure his kit was significantly cheaper than Hypermax's mounting kit, but i don't remember. Something to look into for sure though. beats the donuts big time!!!
Travis, I have found that If I launch at 3000 RPM I get the best launch. Otherwise it kinda falls on it's face. Then shift around 3500-3600 RPM. Run the **** outa it fo sho.

I will have to look at Stauffer, see what he gots. does he have a website?
I think I need to contact Beans, Hypermax and Carson to fix this problem. Surely between all three I can come up with a fix. Otherwise I will have to more research and try to do it myself. My problem is time.

Neal, here is Carson's website... Welcome to Carson Stauffer Diesel Service

Give them a call and see what they can do to help you fix the problem. I saw a pic of his uppipes somewhere and they are sweet!! I just can't remember where that pic is now.
