What puzzles me is there are others with less making more HP. A buddy here on FTE is about 452HP IIRC, he has the same mods as me but is an auto.
Others at RRE made 450 -460 with a van turbo on a SD and 160cc II's.
I feel I should be better than where I am.

I was loosing HP oil bad at WOT throttle. DC% would go thru the roof and pressure drop bad. So I installed twin Termy pumps hoping that would fix that issue. I haven't data logged it yet but my HP #'s didn't change much at all.

Any thoughts?

Neal, what kind of boost are you making @ WOT, 5th gear @ 3000 RPM on the dyno??? did you happen to look??? It's a possibility that either your not spooling completely on the dyno which can happen pretty easily on a truck that has a turbo that is a touch big for the amount of fuel. How about looking at Jody's tunes again??? you still have that chip from Tony??? Have him reburn it and see what it does.

Like i told you before, one of our guys did 420 @ 2000 RPM then the intake spyder blew off w/ 160cc stage 2's and a stock H2E... so he probably woulda done even better than that. I think either your turbine housing or the tuning is playing with you. I really think you could see 450hp out of those injectors. especially if my 160s are at 400hp w/ the stock turbo.... whats your pulsewidth vs icp vs IPR DC% and fuel pressure???

No I didn't look at the boost. I had a buddy film it for me so I can see it later though.
Both my TW and DP tunes are brand new. One pulled 418 HP and the other 417 HP.

I do have uppipe leaks AGAIN!!!!! DA**it! Also DS manifold has a slight leak. But this shouldn't affect it all that much.

There are a few tests I need to do if/when I get the time.

stupid uppipe leaks!!! That is why my mounting kit has bellowed uppies... I don't wanna deal with that crap. There has to be some explanation why all these guys are making more power than you w/ less fuel and air.

I had to tighten down my up-pipes after I reinstalled as they were leaking as well. I fixed it and gained about 5lbs at WOT in 5th.

I'm also interested to see what your boost numbers are as well.

Thinking out load, is it possible to lose enough fuel pressure with an electric system at WOT too make a difference?

definitely possible... Not likely since he only has 180cc injectors, but it is possible b/c of the restrictions in the stock fuel system itself such as the selector valve and pick ups... could install sumps on the tanks to get rid of any chances of restriction in the pick up and i think that there was a selector valve from NAPA or something that allowed the use of larger fuel line, but in this case, i doubt he is dropping pressure unless the filters are clogged.

my fuel pressure drops a little if i even rev it hard. it won't do that once i install a fuel lab pump though.. i hope!!

I also bought some bellowed uppipes, can't wait to get them installed. I'll be darn if I can get those fuc**** brass donuts to seal. I believe that is my high EGT & no boost at low rpm problems but what do I know except those damn bellowed uppipes aren't cheap. I won't be home until Oct. to get them on so in the mean time I'm hurting. I should have left the stock turbo and non leaking uppipes alone because I was doing a whole lot better pulling before then I am now with the D66 and brass donuts. Anyway, way to go Neal, I enjoyed your last run pictures but I enjoyed these even more. Your baby steps are turning into gaint steps, keep up the good work!!!

Indeed, i do have the CPR. It's a really nice fuel system, IMO. I like it and it really doesn't feel like it drops fuel pressure much driving @ WOT. need to get a guage in the cab to see what it's really doing. I feel like it needs a bigger fuel pump.

I wish I could get bellowed uppipes for the H2e kit I have. I may look into it to see if I can have some made.

I have had someone check my fuel pressure during a dyno run. Gauge is under hood. Not much drop if any at all.

I was thinking about getting the brass seals now because they are supposedly THE fix to our donut pipes. So you have them and are having problems sealing also?
I hate that. Now I gotta look towards bellowed.

Thanks for the welcome Tj. I am proud to represent DRD and will to the best of my ability. You guys rock hard. No half a$$ing it with DRD for sure!
My best time is 2.541. That is called time 1. I assume that is the 60' time. That is in 2WD. Is that pretty good?

Thats not bad, I had trouble keeping my times consistent, one run would be a 2.5 the next 2.7 -2.9 and that was with a six spd in an 05 quad cab dually. I think Travis needs to put slicks on his truck and that would help his times alot!! As far as representing DRD I am sure that you will do a great job !!!

Neal I think for bellows on the H2E kit its gonna be DIY. I've never seen a kit with them but I know the bellows can be purchased and welded in.
