Good morning BC.
Close to freezing last night! This has been a summer of hot and cold, with nothing inbetween
Thankfully, they haven't closed the backcountry around here yet. Just east of us is closed because of the extreme fire hazard and already out of control fires!

Thanks. Things are going really well lately. My newest horse's attitude is improving by the day, and my other Mare is getting better by the day. I have actually started to pony Missy to get her some exercise too

So to update everyone a little bit... My daughter turned 6 months old today.
I left work early yesterday, lack of work, and finally cut my grass. Looks pretty good.
Wife's new Expedition is a pig on gas.
All this talk of camping and trailers is giving me the itch. I had a truck tent for my Ranger, that my wife and I used the last 2 seasons. Sold it this year to a really nice guy, as there wasn't enough room for 2 of us and a baby. So we got the big tent from Costco, probably only gonna be used once, as my wife has decided that we're getting a trailer for next year.
Having the Expedition should help with my ambition to fix up some trailers on the side and flip them... maybe bank enough cash to buy myself a new(er) truck too.
As for work today, I pulled a full shift, most likely a full shift tomorrow too. Yesterday was just an anomaly.
Anyway, back to your regularly scheduled chat.
