Right now, I am not even fully certified, hopefully I can get my certification this fall. As for other people, the reason the other company here has to get it's act together is because of poor managment, which has driven all their employees south. The only people left are in this office, and they are all the type that would never take that kind of risk.

Unfortunately managment has ruined many a good company..Sometimes it's the workers, but more often than not, it's the other way around. Chin up....

I can handle the managment here until something better comes up. I worked through school at the other company, but it use to have a great manager and lots of staff.

What I would like to do is to get my small sewer system design certificates and then do design/inspection work on household sewer systems on the side.

Morning all. Just got back from the campsite. Sometimes I really hate having to leave.

I guess you go back to work tomorrow?

It could be worse, you could work 5 days a week like most of us

Yes back to work tomorrow. I'm still not a really big fan of working weekends but the extra time off makes up for some of it. It's nice to have more days off per month than I work.

I am sure I will be able to get 4 days off every week, when I am 70 years old

I know this is a long shot, but does anyone on here know of any good horse trails around 108mile?

I am hoping to spend a week camping with the horses, and the first place we are going to stay is the 108 Mile Ranch. We might spend a few days in the Empiress Valley too, so any advice of that area would be appreciated as well
