Well this turned out to be a lousy day. I thought I finally found the part I needed for my truck.
The part I received was the wrong size and defective. What's worse is after 6 days of emailing to get my money back the person I was dealing with won't return my money.
I don't like being scammed especially when I had to save the $50.00 for this part.
So the search is still on for the part and a reputable person to deal with.

Sorry to hear about that Bob.....buying online has its risks. I can tell you that for every 1000 things I've ever purchased online (including my 77 rig ) I may have one negative experience and don't remember ever getting ripped off. I buy a lot online. I buy all of my car parts online for all my vehicles (and we have way too many by the way) and save tons of money as you have suggested. I also buy just about all of my office supplies and equipment for my office online as well and save thousands of dollars in doing so.

This was from a member on slick60 that I posted a want ad there. I also posted a warning there to warn other members on that forum about his practice's and bad parts.
I'm not downing that forum it seems to be a nice site with good members, except for that one guy.
When your young time nearly stands still, you feel immortal.
It's not until you hit 60 that you realize time is no longer standing still but speeding up .....
60's ,,,,,, going
70's ..... going
80's ..... going
90's ..... GONE
Love it.
But what about 20's, 30's, 40's and 50's? These can't be in the time standing still category. I seem to remember those times as a teen, and in my 20's, but I'm still a young chicken and time is flying by!
