The results are all a credit to your skills! I only defined it, YOU made it happen!
For the rest of you, I took on a job to install a 8'x16' swim spa for a friend. It required tearing out a tree and a sidewalk and adding electrical and a concrete pad to put it on. We over-ex'd the area and removed all the organic material in the soil, then whacked it back in, set steel, and poured a buncha' concrete (ten yards). I needed a good finisher, and who else would I think of?
Since the owner had added a lot a footage (actually about tripled it before the final day came), Steve had to call in an additional guy to help him. The results came out a perfectly level pad in the middle of a sloped pour, with a sub-drain upslope from the pad for water to escape. There were a lot of angles to this pour, and Steve handled them perfectly. No compromises were made, and the owner is completely happy with the whole thing.
Nope. I put 4 layers of plastic down. Plus, considering The floors were already stained severly when we moved in (she was supposed to have it cleaned/replaced before we moved in), I'm not too worried. We do have our own professional cleaner in the closet, so I'll get whatever is there out, well most of it. But I'm not too conserned, as she states (have this in writing too) "We're just going to replace in 6 months." I"ve got another year on my contract, so I get new carptes.

YES!!! Loads of parts!
Hope have you that in writing and pics of the carpet when you moved in, otherwise it could come back to bite you if she finds out you overhauled your tranny in the living room.
You may have enough plastic down, it doesn't look like it, but regardless you are going to have the smell of ATF on everything. Your apartment is going to smell like, beep-beep-double A-M-C-O.
We do. She took photos and gave us a copy of them, and have it in writing. Plus, she signed/dated the pics too. All at her own choosing. I never asked for any of it.
