I assume you mean the vynal covered piece that starts at he radio. open your glove box, then squeeze the sides in so that it opens all the way toward the floor. some of the bolts are right there above the glove box. next get the tool to remove the radio, once it's out, you can get to the rest of the bolts. if you mean the plastic part, that is the whole dash, and is a real chore to remove.
