Source of dash pad

Does anyone know of a source for the padded dash pad? Mine (as many others from these years) is cracked. Is there a repair material that can recover one and actually look stock?

I obtained a like new dash from a truck in the local pickit yard. It was red, but with some Krylon Flat Black, you couldn't tell.
Dash...$15.00
Paint...$5.00
Results..Priceless.

And after...

I have two spare ones. I think one is good and the other has a small split (about 1 inch). I will check and let you know. But definately check local junkyards, like what was said before.

The wrecker yard and paint seems to be the solution. I hadn't seen any replacement pads on any of the supplier's websites. Thanks!

Maybe you could fill in the splits and cracks with silicone and then paint over it. It would definately look better.

Unless the stereo is already out of the donor truck, (and you will need to pull the existing one,) get a radio pull rig. I believe there are 8 10mm nuts holding the pad in, and 2 are right next to the stereo. Drop the glove box also. A 1/4 inch socket set is ideal for the limited space. Keep the nuts, for they may be different on the other as they were on mine.

Good luck, and keep an eye out for critters living in the dash...
