$500 bucks or get a patch repair kit or put a dash cover on it. A Lot guy that buy a new one then cover it with a dash cover to keep the sun off of it.. One guy on ebay was selling dash caps for 100 bucks a few yrs back..: orich
You can buy replacements, or the cheap plastic covers to just hide the problems. OR do like I did years ago. Remove the padded dash(remove cluster and glove box and unscrew the nuts all around the perimeter of dash). Buy some matching vinyl at your local JoAnn fabric along with some 1/2" foam and some spray adhesive.
Remove the defrost vents, fit the foam and glue it down. Then cut the vinyl to fit, leave plenty along the edges. Glue the vinyl down and cut small holes where the vinyl goes over the studs sticking up on the cover bottom. These studs will keep the vinyl tight. Cut holes for the defrost vents and install the vent covers. Reinstall the dash cover and tuck in any loose corners of vinyl.
I did my '69 over 20 yrs ago and did the door panels to match. Looks nice, only a few bucks in materials and a few hours of your time.
