Thats exactly whats its doing Mark...I will call the trans shop in the morning and let him know....and see what he has to say.
I know the last thing he wants to do is pull the trans apart again.
But he did say today that when it leaves it will be fixed right.

Its getting worse Rick...I called this morning to give him some insight about the intermediate sprag, and he got pissy with me saying that the sprag was changed with a new one durring the rebuild and that it has nothing to do with what the trans is doing....It's doing exactly what leads to the sprag, but this guy isn't buying it. (im no expert, so whatever...)
He swears its electrical and bitched about changing my computer twice with no results....Well I told him I changed it twice myself with no change and thats not the problem.
We both kinda hung up on each other....I about ready to tow it somewhere else and send him the bill.

Frank, I don't know what I would do in your situation but try to keep a level head and the emotions in check. Give it a couple of days and see what he comes up with. Hopefully others will have some more words of wisdom.

Make sure you use honey bro, because vinegar aint gonna get you anywhere.

Also, he's looking at it from a money standpoint. His time is money and he doesn't wanna tear it down, especially when he's not convinced it's the sprag.

All you can do is try to reason with him. I don't envy you bro.
