I like sync, but still have problems with it. I use BT Audio through my Android phone, and sometimes randomly the steering wheel controls do nothing. Also, it often will connect to my media audio but not to the "phone" function. So I will be streaming media, and when a call comes in, it's not coming in through sync. I'm struggling to correct this, and starting to just live with it. Just glad it's not a manual like my last F150!

Based on the number of complaints from people trying to use BT audio, I'd recommend you get a flash drive and scrap the BT.
I have the Nav & Sync and only the bluetooth and Sync functions failed for 2 days intermittently. The USB port wouldn't recognize anything and wouldn't charge any device. The bluetooth also wouldn't connect to any device or find any devices. If I tried to repair devices it would never show a Sync passcode to enter into the device to connect it.
I was going to take it to the Dealer, but it would work randomly, then not work again. It has been about 2 weeks and has worked flawlessly since, so I don't know what the issue was.

If the fuse solution doesn't work, I would try a Sync Master Reset.
There is a tsb about sync being inop and the battery draing down. The fix is to reprogram the module, or if the module dosn't respond, replace the APIM. Take it to your dealer to get it fixed.
This actually happened to me today (well, yesterday sort of).
