Back to Black it isn't permanent but takes care of the job real quick and makes the plastic look like new again. You can pick it up at pretty much any auto store.
I applied bondo's "restore black" about 3 months ago to my bedrails, windshield cowling and running boards. The truck has alot of severe weather driving (two hailstorms), and several washes. It is holding up really well. I am impressed. I used the back to black prior to finding the "restore black", It only lasted a wash or two, not much better than armor all. I reccomend the "restore black". Alot of forum members have used the krylon paint for plastic and have good results as well.
I saw that stuff at the store earlier today but hadn't talked to anyone who used it. He is right the back to black stuff works well but it really doesn't last long so you would be applying it about 1 a month.
I've always used mothers back to black but they finally got so bad that I just redid them with the Fusion plastic paint, they look brand new again now.
Were can you get Fusion Plastic paint because I am about to redo my fender flares with some pocket ones but want something more permanent for the rest.
