Take a pressure washer to it, if you have a good gas powered one.
Otherwise, I believe they'll try a "simple greenish" type of cleaner on there. Then, if nothing else, you can go to Linex and get the stuff they're selling now. I've only tried the first two.
I use Bondo's "Restore Black". It works really well and last a long time. I used the McGuires "Back to Black" in the past - had to re-apply every other wash. The "Restore Black" has been on for about 3 or 4 months now and looks as good as the day I put it on.
If you mean the plastic bed rails around the back of the truck then follow sako's advice. If you mean the liner that was put in the bed of the truck itself then Dano is right we need to know what kind of liner it is. Line-x, Rhino, premium one?
1. Clean the bedliner with automotive soap, scrub it with a stiff brush. Let it dry and apply either 303 Aerospace or Just Once (justonce.com). That will partially restore the color. Reapply the 303 or Just Once a couple of times a year.
2. Take it to a LINE-X dealer and get LINE-X ReNew. Your bedliner will look absolutely brand new and will stay that way. The ReNew process includes the use of either Xtra or Aspart-X so it won't ever fade again. ReNew can be used on ANY brand of spray-on bedliner. (Note: ReNew won a SEMA award in 2008.)

Now this is some helpful information I didn't know that about Line-X thanks TRUCK
I have the same problem on m 05 f150. I scrubbed some off with a coarse sponge. Also used "goo gone". And now just apply plastic conditioner (kind of armorall product). But if you want to go the cheap way, I read to use krylon spray paint.
Krylon black gloss will work for a while. However, if you use your truck bed....like a truck bed, the Krylon will come off fairly quickly. LINE-X ReNew is a one-time fix and requires no upkeep.
Being in construction I use my truck bed on a daily basis but this is also my personal truck so i want it to look good at the same time. Thanks again Truck.
