Hey no problem, I just didn't want him looking or buying stuff that wasn't necessary. All of what you wrote up looks to be correct for removal.

Yes that looks to be the correct piece. For the price they are asking you might as well get it from them.

While we are on the subject of steering columns.......will a column out of a '75 F-250 2wd work in a '79 F-150 4wd? I'm thinkin the 2wd columns are shorter??? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
