I had the 78HP Diablo, i now have a 110HP Diablo. I like the diablo chip alot seems like it has good programming. The guys on the site here are good to deal with and you can purchase that delta chip right on this site. Hopefully Ghostrider will jump in here because i think he has the exact combo you are looking for. Do you have any other mods to your truck?

hey i got that diablo delta chip with stock/54/78hp settings. the diffrence is night in day in performance. as soon as i put it on i drove to the highway and let it go. i put it on the 78hp setting and floored it. i had that thing up to 100mph in no time. your truck will fly once you get it on. it was easy to install also. i love it. the only thing i wish it came with was some type of plate to put behind the switch once you mount it on your dash. i mounted mine right next to my 4x4 switch **** it was very easy. you should get one its the best chip you can buy.

Bull, I have installed the same chip you described into my truck. I have only had it for about two weeks, but what a difference!! I work as a repair tech and I have removed some faulty chips before, but not a Diablo, thats why I chose that company. I will not post the chips that I have had concerns with, sorry.

I have the chip and got it programmed for the 35 inch tires. My question is does anyone know if I can put on a truespeed and get accurate readings and not have to get the chip reprogrammed.

If I uderstand your question. The reason you need to reprogram the PCM/chip is because the PCM,ABS module, & Instrument cluster all share(multiplex) the speed info from the rear differential speed sensor. The PCM modifies the signal to configure revs per mile(tire revolutions per mile)

I've got the Diablo Delta in mine with the same settings programmed in as DistinctiveDave, and this baby flat-out screams. I'm lucky enough to have a friend in the chip business, and he gave me the opportunity to experiment with various different programs N/C until I found the ones that I like best. If something were to happen and my chip were to disappear, I'd be at his front door immediately getting another one.

Bull,

I've had that same chip in my truck for over a month now and I tell you it's made a world of difference in the way the truck functions all together. I wish I could tell you that I'm seeing a big improvement in milage, but due to the fact that I have a very heavy right foot it has remained about the same.

I won't even drive mine in the stock mode anymore because of the difference. It shifts better, takes off better. You name it its changed it. Plus, I like smoke'n the Dodge boys!!!!

DO THE EXHAUST FIRST!!!! It will save the engine from the high EGT's.

Get a set of gauges as well.

Just my $.02.

If I had it to do all over again, I'd have gotten the guages first, then intake, then exhaust, then chip. I didn't do it in that order, but should have. (I got the intake and exhaust first, but put in the chip before the guages, and was scared stiff that I was going to melt something. It's always seemed natural to go with the performance enhancers first, and worry about the monitoring equipment later. Not a good idea!!)

Thanks; I'll be ordering the chip today. Intake and exhaust are taken care of. Guess I need gauges (This could become never ending) I know and understand the pyro but I like the pillar mount, Sooo I guess I need at least one if not two more gauges. Trany, Boost?????
I normally drive like an old woman But Daddy likes to play too. Yesterday on my way home I came up on a kid in a brand new dodge dully. He was playing a little, as we came up on the only passing area for 10 miles I thought S**t wish I had the chip.

That's what I like about my Diablo Delta flip chip. I cruise around in "tow" position most all the time, unless one of those Cummins shows up. Then I flip to the "extreme" setting, and remove him from my rear view mirror. Then, back to "tow" and Momma don't know.
