Diablo Delta Chip
Help.Anyone,
I just received my Diablo Delta Chip and installed it immediately. However, my Expy will only start in position 3(stock). Position 2 & 1 don't start. What can I do to resolve this problem? Please help!:-(

I'm not an expert on these things, but you may have gotten a bum chip - if it starts normally, but won't start in the performance settings, they may be doing something to the computer that's causing it to wig out. The webmaster Ken may have some recommendations - he's got a boatload of know-how when it comes to these things.

The odds of a bad chip are slim. Less than 1 in a thousand has bad hardware and even then the majority of those wouldn't ship because you can't program a bad chip. 99% percent of no starts are improperly/incompletely cleaned ECU connectors and reflashed computers. The Delta should always start in the #3 position because that position is stock (ie, the chip is off).
