hood venting?

hood venting?
Anyone here using any kind of venting system to remove heat from the engine compartment? Louvers,hood vents from another vehicle? Thanks

I've seen them use a Mustang hood scoop. It looks good with just one scoop in the middle of the hood right over the centerline of the hood IMO. Like this:

my 2 wheeler has a hood scoop (off of a mustang I was told, even has ford part numbers) came on it when I bought it a few weeks ago, not sure if I like it yet.....

Wow - functional too. Not sure what I think of the look yet - but even if you don't end up keeping it you may want to try selling that as a complete setup, pretty cool.

what worries me about that setup is driving in rain and snow, not sure if I'm going to soak the air filter

In the summer just realign the hood to have a larger space at the back so the heat comes out at the windshield.
