Reason: add miles
Hard to tell what might be your issue. I assume you are up on all your oil and fuel maintenace (fluids and filters)? Since it quits at WOT, that probably isn't the issue, but had to ask anyway.
You might want to get the codes read and see if you can get a hint. Could be a sensor or maybe an early injector issue.
Have you ever had your processors updated (newest flash)?
Any update on this? I'm having the exact same problem. Occurs under load and when boost nears 20 psi on the dash gauge. I also noticed the boost gauge swing about while it was "bucking". I'm towing about 5K lbs at highway speed (70 mph). With cruise control on, as I reach a grade and the computer brings up the throttle to build boost to maintain speed, the bucking starts when we get near 20 psi. If I disconnect cruise and floor the throttle, the transmission kicks down, RPMs climb accordingly, and boost builds even higher - but no "bucking". Also happens with cruise off and in both Tow/Haul and Normal tranny modes.

Check your fuel pressure & have the codes checked on the motor if you don't have a Preadator/AE reader through the OBD-II port. I just went through something like this a little less than two months ago. Started with a light stumble under light boost....became an "all the time" stumble...then digressed into an all out miss...then the truck would die if you didn't keep your foot on the go pedal. This all happened within 10-12 miles of when it first started. Turned out my fuel pressure was low (45psi when @ operating temp)...and that more than likely lead to two injectors failing. Went ahead an replaced all 4 on the odd side (#1 failed bubble test, #3 keep throwing codes) and re-adjusted the fuel pressure. All is well with the Pavement Princess now.
