I know what you mean.We have been looking up in the Chino and Prescott valley's for property and some of the listings don't tell all.Just have to keep looking,there are some sweet deals out there though.
Steve, thats the area I have been looking at as well for the most ideal location, of course pricing being dependant. I swear there has to be something there that fits the bill and wont be over priced! As I am sure you are aware of it all too well, would be nice to not cook the monsters out back! LOL!
it does get hot and humid up here just not as bad as the valley. we are generally 10 to 15 degrees cooler than the valley. but we have much cooler nights.
ps. if you need a low pressure Realtor let me know, my brother in law is a Realtor and doesn't pressure.
