Steve, thats the area I have been looking at as well for the most ideal location, of course pricing being dependant. I swear there has to be something there that fits the bill and wont be over priced! As I am sure you are aware of it all too well, would be nice to not cook the monsters out back! LOL!

it does get hot and humid up here just not as bad as the valley. we are generally 10 to 15 degrees cooler than the valley. but we have much cooler nights.

Definately! The pressure isnt so much the problem as it is the listening to what I am looking for.. Last time I checked, horses arent mountain goats! LOL!

I got hit a little this evening with some rain.. Just as I started the BBQer too!

Thanks Bart! Even though it gets a little more humid, I could live with the temp dropping at night.. Some kinda relief! LOL!

Speaking of relief.. temps are coming down a bit finally, and looking at lower 90's this weekend! Yay! A break finally!!!

its been down to 76 here...but humidity up to 90% at 7 am...
