Good Afternoon Arizona. Went to the wife's high school reunion today. A fun time for two hours until the wind picked up to about 45 MPH & the rain came pouring in.

Good Evening Arizona.
No Bill, it was outdoors. We had quite an experience. They had these large awnings set up & when the wind started we had to hold on to them to keep them from blowing over. We managed to get then down with no one getting hurt & no damage. Everyone got to eat their lunch & visit before the wind & rain. We all got soaked but that felt great. The temps went from the mid 90s to 66 degrees in just a few minutes.

I don't know how I got a double post. I know I'm having some computer issues with signal but I only sent it once.

LOL.. Uhg.. Slow! Lots of details being worked on and nothing happening as soon as I had hoped! I am learning a lot about the area which has me slightly concerned. Keeping my options open though. I have different needs to keep in mind when looking and that keeps me from jumping! I know the water tables are lower here then where I came from, so trying to find something where I dont need to go so deep it becomes costly. That and getting ready to expand my operation is another hinderance!

Finding out some of the realtors around here dont listen too well. I came across a steal on some property north of Phx, and would be great, if you want to own a mountain, LOL! The whole property was the hill/mountain, and would need massive land work to even get a house put on it! I dont know what part of "need the property to be as level and flat as possible" didnt come to mind when trying to be sold a mountain adds up?? LOL!

I could go on with the issues, but to sum it up.. frustrating!
