I actually graduated in May, now im living the dream...which means trying desperately to get jobs on set as a 1st or 2nd AC and living at home and making almost no money. Im just working hard when i can work and waiting until i get my big break and get a feature that will carry me for a while.
so i go from 12 days straight of 12-14 hour days to a week sometimes more sometimes less of no work and always being on the hunt. Its an interesting life for sure.
ha yeah truck is still together! has an exhaust leak and needs breaks and new shocks but shes holding up pretty well. ha the dirt bike is in 1000 pieces...still lol, trying to sell it for 100 bucks. know anyone interested? hahaha
occasionally, he been absent from here for a while also? you guys still having regular chapter meets? i was down in seal beach area a couple weeks back for a two day shoot, was quite a long drive for me ha!
He popped in here a few months ago and asked when the next G2G was and never even checked back to find out. That was our last one, I think it was in February. We may have another one later this year but frankly there doesn't seem to be a lot of interest. Occasionally someone will bring it up, but when I ask them for suggestions they get quiet.
All I can say is keep an eye out. There will be another .

Since the Dodgers are out of it this year, would it be asking too much for the Boys in Blue to beat the Padres just once this series? I mean, if the Giants are going to win the West, we'd really like a little help from our good friends down in the Southland.
So, can you help us out here just a little?
I know y'all are falling over each other to respond to this jab, and I also know how SoCal feels about the SF Giants....the feeling is mutual. Just keep an eye out for our new guy, Buster Posey. This kid is for real. If you love baseball, you'll like watching him, no matter who you root for.
