I can't do that schedule now. LOL.
I plan to quit when the baby arrives...
Justin I have a similar schedule and it is sure tough with the baby. I plan on sticking it out 9 more months until the wife's car is paid off. Then the part time job goes. I get about 14 to 20 hours a week. If OT picks up at work it will be less than 9 months.
Kinda crappy day weather wise. Tomorrow looks the same for Maine. We've made a last minute decision to go to the Car Show in Belgrade tomorrow. I went back and forth on whether we'd be miserable in the rain and not being able to really see all the other cars and such. Plus, our truck wins a lot of judges votes because of the detail on the interior and the engine and if it's raining; the doors won't be open and probably not the hood. My wife and I really enjoyed the last one we went to and had a blast as we gained new friends in the 4x4 truck classes. We had a lot of fun joking and talking with our new friends and look forward to hanging with them again tomorrow, which is probably the main reason we decided to go. We have a nice big umbrella that we waterproofed, chairs, a cooler, food, snacks, etc.
Anyways, have a great rest of the weekend everyone.
Long day at the show today. My wife and I had a blast. I love hanging out with some of the other car and truck owners. It's a great time. We got second. I took some pictures of the stiff competition this time. Long day and good to be home though. I put some more pictures in my gallery.
I told my wife that I'll get my car show itch out this year and unless she lets me put more money into it, I probably won't go again after this year. Some of the trucks at these shows are just redonculous! It seems like I'm tons of money away from being close to that quality and my wife and I aren't interested in doing that. I just enjoy the shows and checking out some of the incredible vehicles.
My problem will be when the truck just becomes my daily driver, which means, insurance and inspection will change for the negative.
