When I went to the car show this past weekend, I noticed my truck running about 20 degrees hotter than normal and I'm so close to my truck, as I'm sure most of you are, I can tell as soon as something is wrong. I also noticed that my Flex-a-lite fans (this pulls while my regular fan blade pushes) weren't running after I shut my truck off, which is normal for me. Apparently, Flex-a-lite went through a recall on my model of fans because the fuses hadn't been handling the amperage of power to the fans from the battery. I checked under my hood and found the fuse melted. I called the company and they're sending me new replacement stuff to repair at no charge.
HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!!! DON'T WORK TOO HARD; I WON'T!
Can you even test them? I figured they where like a one use kind of thing. I have a small one in my kitchen. $15 is better than loosing your entire house or truck...

I think they are just as you say, a one time use thing. They sell them at walmart for a few bucks. I have to have them for my apartments I rent out and like you said, it's worth losing your house or truck.
The car show I went to this past weekend had a 76 F250 that had a chrome fire extinguisher in his cab......I said, WTH? This guy puts $2-3k in his truck every year to stay on top of winning. Don't get me wrong, he has a beautiful tricked out truck, but he's made it a part time job to win every show. Here I am critizing him and I'll probably be doing exactly what he's doing when I'm retired. I just enjoying going, hanging out with others and checking out all the other rides. Any trophies I get are just an extra blessing! One of my hobbies is cleaning my vehicles and that's one of my favorite parts of the shows.
I suppose, back to work.
Have a great morning everyone!!! Glad it's Friday!
