Blowing Fuses
We have a 1995 Ford F-Super Duty wrecker - keeps blowing fuses - exspecially for the brake. Everytime they put new ones in the they blow - anyone got any ideas?

Was just advised that a Lincoln steering column was place in the truck since the old one was trashed - good reason to be blowing fuses?

Which circuits? What size fuses are used in those circuits?
Does the brake light fuse fail before or while use press the brake?
Was the truck ever wired for a trailer?
Was the "Wrecker" portion wired by Ford, the dealer, an aftermarket company, a backyard mechanic?

The Lincoln column has different wiring from the truck column, maybe something got messed up under the dash where the two wiring harnesses meet? Also out of curiosity, can you post pictures of said Lincoln steering column?
