Actually named after the King Ranch in Texas. Once owned a Quarter Horse from there.

I happened to wander through here...a bit bored with work for the day...and figured that I'd answer the OP's question.

As per Ford's 2010 F-150 Order Guide (dated 05/12/09):

Keep in mind, this is for the luxury package itself. As always, there are a slew of other options that can be added into the mix.
