Are all the F-350 Transmission PTO Capable? If not what do I look for to buy one that is PTO Capable?

All the transmissions are PTO "capable" but you need to order or find a truck with the option "PTO Prep". Read this thread fully as it describes the change made to the trans to make it ready to receive a PTO. The photo shows the PTO access plate that you get on a properly prepped trans. If the trans does not have the access plate, it's very expensive to retrofit it to receive a PTO.
