Clunking left front
Have noticed more now in snow in 4wd that i'm getting a clunking, more when turning left, from the left front. The axle joints are new, as well as ball-joints, all appears to be tight, and radius arm bushings ok. There seems to be a light clunking over some bumps with hubs unlocked lately, it has been getting worse in the past few weeks...and it wasn't noticeable a month ago. I gotta check it out tomorrow when i got on the lift at work, just wondering what you have encountered. I think the front u-joint of the front propshaft might be dried up just like the axle joints were from lack of use. I suppose that could do it.
