i'd pay $750 max. it is a freewheeling package just like mine in my signature, which i just picked up for $500. the winch and detroit make it a worthwile investment in my eyes. find a 460 toss the at's and get some knobbies , and wheel the **** out of it. and the winch, it is probably a bad solinoid or bad connection some where

Id say 650-700 would be closer to what its worth. Gotta love them old freewheelin trucks, too bad ya cant get the graphics any more.

Hell, offer him five cash, and if he punches you in the face offer him $700 lol.
I always try to offer as low as I can to start, and it kind of goes like..
"I'll give you $200.."
*flinch*
Oh oh good..

Haha. I say try for five, and see where that goes. Probably worth around seven.
The winch would probably be an easy fix, like Dan said its probably just a solenoid or lack of a power source. Warn winches are pretty simple to rebuild anyways, i've done them a few times.

now if im not mistaken a windsor will bolt up to the perches, and id have to change the bell housing. but that little motor is packin at least 400 hp. why bother looking for a bulky big block that will just snap the shafts if i get too excited with the skinny pedal? course 400 horse could do that too but i own it!
