NEWBIE ALERT!!!!
OK, so I did the 6637 Mod and while I was at it I pulled the intake all the way back to the turbo to clean it. Being snoopy I took the doghouse off too to see what shape the O rings were in.
I put everything back together and now I get a P0683 code for the Glow Plug Relay. I have cleared the code several times now and looked in the area to make sure I didn't miss any obvious wires off or anything. Could I have bumped something, is it jut poor timing? Has this happened to anyone? Let the bashing begin...........KJ
And the code doesn't pop up every time. I'd say about 60% of the time it will trip. Do these things die a slow death or do they just give up the ghost?

What did you do with the AIT sensor that's mounted in the stock air box after unplugging the cable going to it to remove the stock air box? I think the PCM uses data from the AIT sensor to determine cold-start strategies like activating the EBP warm-up butterfly and determining glow-plug on time.
Hello Sir, I zip tied the AIT to the wire loom that is below the air box as instructed. I'm going to check into the GPRM. check connections and plugs ect.
