new injectors

so i got new injectors and i go to install them and notice i need to put the o-ring ontop. i need to use greas right? my mom is a ap machanic and hse says vasoline. so wut should i use? the o-rings were the return lines go onto thats the ones im talking about

Vaseline, grease, motor oil, as long as the rings are lubed you will be fine.
