Well she isnt out of the woods yet. She has a major kidney/bladder infection that has gotten into her blood stream. She also has pneumonia in the lower lobes of her right lung. They would like to do a culture down her throat to see more, but she is still experiencing temp spikes to keep them from doing that. Just taking it one day at a time with all the prayers we can give her. Thanks for asking and the thoughts.

Scott, I hope it's not pseudo-ammonas, I've had this in my urinary tract many times, it's something you don't want in the blood for many reasons, usually it requires a urine culture to find the right anti-biotic to go at it, usually IV.

Whats the difference in an HO and non HO, for a truck, you want to run regular pump gas, don't go nuts, just use an RV cam, check into a gear drive for timing setup, there is a quiet one.

well the main difference is the 351Ws 84-87 if 4 bbl were HO. they were exactly the same exept the 4bbl and Marine Cam.

im going with the Comp Cam 35-255-5 cam. a good SD 351W cam. and im gonna go with a timing chain anyways.
