brake rotors

i have a 2007 F150 supercrew, the front wheels are starting to shake when i get on the brakes. i think its probably the rotors. are they hard to remove? will they slide off after you take the calipers off.

I think 390XR7 meant that on the 4wd, the rotors just slide off where on your 2wd they are integrated with the hub, so not quite as easy.

you did not say if your 4x4 or 2x4
i can only answer for 2x4 the bearings come with the rotor no grease added they are ready to install should replace the spindle nut 36 mil. and needs to be torqued to 295 foot lbs.
not sure the specs for 4x4
