I also have this same issue with my e99. I've replaced the ICP sensor, IPR, (new) original black CPS, Throttle pedal with all new sensors, and performed the Hutch mod and added the AirDog. None of this has made a dent in the miss or stutter that I experience. I haven't done the 50 cent mod or even checked my UVH yet.

I've also been told that the issue could be an injector going bad. Using the AE scan tool I have no codes and it passes cylinder contribution test and injector buzz test.

Chris did you do a buzz test? Chris you might want to use a laser thermometer and check right where the probe is at that should give you idea where your temps are at. Also you could check temp on your exh manifolds to see temp diff. They could all be firing at idle, but maybe one is not flowing as much. My temps at idle is 300 deg on my gauge, so don't know if 100 deg diff is a lot.

Huh, weird, maybe a PCM issue then?

I've heard good things about the PMT1 and 2, plan on doing that upgrade anyhow to smooth out my motor but I wonder if the E99's have a PCM that causes the engine to not run nicely.

What happens when you run a CCT? Sounds like either the under cover harnesses or possible failed IDM had that same thing happen countless time for a failed IDM
