Valve Clatter
I have a 2009 F-150 with a 4.6L 3V SFE package with about 22k milage. Lately I have been getting a lot of low speed valve clatter and sometimes I get the valve clatter between shifts. First trip to the dealership was no help. Anyone else having this issue?

Sure it's valve chatter? the 3v motors do make some injector noise, which is much more audible at low speeds. I would imagine with only 22K on the motor, this is likely the sound you are hearing, especially if the dealer checked things out and ok'd it. If you are really concearned, take it to another dealer for a second opinion.
