I remember seeing different part number for later models (like 93 or 94 thru 96) for these manifolds. No clue what might be different between them, though.

Doubtful, since those were last used in '86 on the carb models and his is a '92.
I'm curious now though!

Question wh

While on the topic of gearing, Im fairly new to the board and am somewhat new to the I-6 and ford trucks in general, but I was wondering what gear would be best in a '94 longbed E4OD setup bone stock?

Welcome to the forum! Hope you enjoy your stay. Lota of helpful, knowledgeable folk here!

what gear would be best in a '94 longbed M5OD setup bone stock?
U gunna use it to carry or tow (I don't assume U mean race)? answer depends on what U wanna use it for, your goals. Sounds like MAY B a street hauler - rears around 3.55 do good on gas yet still have enuff ump to haul a big (not huge) load. Yet is not my rig so I'm less familiar on it. Some 1 will B along soon...

For light hauling a 3.08 gear is just fine. No need to gear it anything different. The 300 will get the job done with ease.

For heavier duty hauling and towing, 3.73 would be better. But for that kind of weight you want a 3/4 ton anyway.

Hello everyone. Just got a '84 F-150 4.9L i6. Having problems with the starter relay. Put a new starter no problem. Put a starter relay and now it won't start. Thought I put it on right the first time. But when I tried to jump it, it tried to start by itself. Then the wires got hot. So I changed it out, and now nothing help. Also changed out the coil and I can't get the fuel pump back in. Wasn't this hard when I had my '58 F-150 with a 223. Guess times have changed. Thanks guys. Take care. Dani
