Rear shock mounts

Rear shock mounts
I am putting a 9in rear in my 52 f-1 and was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a pair of F-2 shock mounts for the axle. I have no welding experience and was told if i could find some that would solve having to weld them on the axle.

dont know about the bonus builts , but in the case of the 53-56 i was told and procured a set of shock mounts from stu from a f250 for mine . from the same years of trucks mind you as they used bigger diffs and they had 3'' axle tubes like the 9'' does . of course now i'm not using them ... they won't work on a bonus built as tim checked 'em out on his . if worse comes too worse check out speedway , mid fifty 's new bonus built catalog , don't know what it's called the catalog , or maybe some odd out of the way things like ballistic fabrication . they are an custom 4x4 fab shop that makes all sorts of trinkets that can be readily adapted to anything . you got to think out of the box to solve things sometimes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In about 2 weeks I'm taking my F1 (withthe 9 3/8 rear) back to the spring shop to have them make and install the shock mounts.
They said the stock set up does nothing!
I'll take some photos and post what they do when I get it back. If you haven't found your F2 mounts by then send me a PM and remind me!
