91 bronco trasmission problem

91 bronco trasmission problem

I have a 91 bronco with over drive. It wont shift into 3rd gear. It goes into 4x4, reverse and drive good. It shifts good into second but thats it. It wont go into 3rd. Any idea on what it could be? The fluid level was good.

91 has an E4OD. Pull fault codes. KOEO and KOER tests. If it truly is not shifting properly, there will be codes to indicate where the problem lies.
