C6 not shifting into 3rd gear

C6 not shifting into 3rd gear

hopefully someone can throw some ideas my way, i just had the C6 in my 79 Bronco rebuilt, it shifts into reverse, and 1st and 2nd, but when its in drive the thing wont go into 3rd. Fluid levels are good, and i replaced the module. One odd thing is now and then you have to rev it up to get it to lock into foward gear... bad pump?

SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING IN THE DIRECT APPLY SYSTEM ISNT WORKING.OR YOU COULD HAVE A STUCK VALVE.TIME TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE BUILDER.
