I have a 2002 F350 7.3 and presently use Chevron Delo 15w40. In the past I have used Shell Rotella 15w40/ Motorcraft 15w40 and alaways the Motorcraft # FL1995 oil filter from WM for around 10 bucks. If you live live in a colder climate you can buy the Shell Rotella 5w40 synthetic oil for about 19 dollars a gallon at WM.

Rotella 15w40 in the summer and 5w40 in the winter. I just bought some 15w40 in a 2.5gal jug from walmart for 27.00 each, comes out to 10.50 a gal. Also I use the motrocraft filter.

I also do the 15-40 Rotella from Wallet World and either the Motocraft or Extraguard filter. I bought some in there yesterday for $27.00 in the 2.5 gal jug, but a case of quarts was $39.00 . The marketing guru's will getcha if you don't pay attention! Also, Castrol 5-30 (for wife's ride) was $3.77 a quart but a 5 quart jug was only $13.00! Watch your wallet men, cause they are after it!

With crude on the rise, might need to stock up before motor oil starts going up

Another Delo 400 user here. Usually $9-$10/gallon at Costco, so with MC filter at WM for $10, I'm under $50. Add to that a Blackstone OA at $22, I spend under $75 for a comprehensive oil change every 5k miles.
